OOOY GOOOOYYY Pumpkins!!!

Our Third Annual pumkin carving night with the chases!!!  Every year gets better and better.  We learn to not pick the super complicated designs and Alexa and Taylor were able to do theirs all by themselves this year.  Corey helped Ben and I helped Kindy and even had time to make rice krispy treats, which I ate half the batch myself!  They all turned out so cute!

Ben The Soccer Player

This Fall was a good year to do soccer.  All of our games were at 9 am on Saturday mornings and for the most part it was nice weather. Ben got to play on the same team as his friends Andrew, Teagan, and Carter.  He made a pretty good goalie and by the end of the games was learning which position did what.  It was fun to watch him play.  The last game he played in he took a ball to the face!!  Ben would like to play soccer  again, but hopefully next time the games are not on saturday mornings!!

Biker Chic

Grandpa Barnes came in town to give Alexa a special bike ride with just him and her.  Alexa was so excited!  They were gone over an hour.  Its nice to be able to watch my kids to things with their grandparents.  The other kids got a turn earlier in the week, but Alexa missed out because she was helping aunt Mindy find Emmas shoes.  Grandpa felt bad about that and made sure she got a special ride.

Crazy Hat Day!!!!!

Lagoon

For my 33rd Birthday Corey planned a lagoon trip with some of our friends.  We drove there with Michele and Brian and met Erin and Will there.  It was so much fun, even though I had a sore neck and went on rides anyway.  I think I had more fun watching Will and Erin go on the slingshot TWICE!!  We took a break around dinner time and ate dinner at my favorite restaurant MGraths.  We did take a small detour first and had a fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut! Yum YUm!!!  I had an absolute blast  even though the rides made me feel like an old lady.

Birthday number 33

This years birthday was soo very much fun.  It started at Lucys pizza place which was so very yummy!  I got to eat great pizza while opening up my present which was a scrapbook of all my friends and many stories of all the things we have done together.  I absolutely loved the book!  After gorging ourselves on fabulous food we all went bowling and I enjoyed beating everyone (especially Chelsea!! ha ha).  It was a great night and I'm glad I got to spend it with some of my favorite people!!  I'm very blessed to have such good friends.

Kindy and Turner

I love watching Kindy lay on turner like he is a pillow.  She will bring him in from outside and make him lay down in the living room so she can lay on him and watch t.v.  Its amazing that he doesnt seem to care, maybe hes hoping to catch some food crumbs from kindys hands!!

Taylors 9th Birthday

Taylor had a magician come to her party!!  Christian did a great job and the kids loved it!!  Later that day we had the family over for ice cream and boy did we have a lot of family.  Taylor loved her new clothes and toys.  Her favorite things this year are making up plays and songs to perform for everyone, pizza, riding her bike with her sister Alexa, getting tickled, and she is just starting to babysit a little bit and loves it.

What a crazy couple of girls!!

Mayah and Taylor decided to play dress up and have a fashion show.  I think Uncle Scott was going to pop a vein.  What out modeling world, here they come.

Benjamins 6th Birthday

Benjamin had a fun water party with his friends and family.  He got lots of transformers and some fun new water toys.  This year Ben is really excited to go to 1st grade and get to eat lunch at school.  His new favorite things include bokugons, star wars legos, and playing the wii.

sea world

The walrus at seaworld was very friendly.  Kindy enjoyed watching his rise to the surface for air and then come back down and swim around.  Ive been to seaworld before and been amazed at the size of the walrus, but I was still in awe and watched him swim for a while.
We watched many different animal shows at Seaworld.  The kids really liked Shamu.  It was lots of fun watching all the people in the splash zone get soaked.
I paid 8 dollars for my pop!!!

Hello everyone!

Kindy, Mayah, and I watched little dolphins swim while we waited for everyone else to go on the Atlantis ride and get all wet.

This was the biggest fish I had ever seen.  It took many tries to get the fish to come by us to get the picture, but after 20 minutes of bad pictures we got a great one.  I wish i could remember what this fish was called, I call him hugo.  By the way i am not drinking coffee, it is a steamed milk and really good!!  We were waiting to watch the night version of Shamu called Shamu Rocks, which was really cool.  Seaworld was lots of fun, even though Taylor pucked in Aunt Robyns car on the way there and we lost Ben a few times..

Disneyland WaaHooo!!

We absolutely loved Disneyland. What's not to love? Although Kindy and Ben got a little scared of all the fast rides. We first rode Star Tours and then Space Mountain, after that Kindy said "no more fast rides, only slow rides." Ben also refused to go on anything scary. Corey took all the kids into the Haunted Mansion and Ben immediatly turned around and started leaving, so corey followed and left all the other kids to do the ride alone. They Survived!!!! Kindy got to meet Cinderella who is her favorite princess and they all got to hug Sully, jessie and woody. I loved disneyland and my favorite ride was probably Indiana Jones. Alexa loved all the roller coaster rides and the tower of terror. Taylor really liked Soaring over California ride. We had alot of fun and enjoyed being there with Robyn, Scott, Jonah, and Mayah. Robyn was a pro with getting the fast passes and stood in line for us many times.

Queen Mary

The queen mary was the neatest thing i have ever seen. The kids loved walking through the boat that looks like the titanic, but is aculally a little bit bigger. She was made in 1930's and used as a cruise ship, but during the war she became a troop transporter and was nick named the grey ghost because she was so fast no enemy ships could catch her. Hitler ever put our a reward for whom ever could sink her, but no one could. There was even a ghost tour that took us down to the belly of the ship in the boiler rooms and that was huge!!! We spent about 5 hours going through the Queen Mary and loved every minute of it.

ANGELS GAME in CALIFORNIA

One of the first things we did on our trip to california is go to an Angels baseball game. We were really high up but got a great view of the field. After eating hot dogs, pop, and cotton candy, we ate peanuts and got to throw the shells all over the floor! The Angels lost but we enjoyed getting to do the wave and watch it go through the whole stadium.
